Karen has been in private practice as a massage therapist since Feb. 2011 after graduating from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland. She is a Reiki master, certified in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, and trained in breast therapy and craniosacral therapy. She is passionate about empowering women with self-care supporting body acceptance and holistic wellness.

My bodywork practice is a safe space. Regardless of faith, ability, size, color, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender-assignment at birth, ALL women are welcome here.

You deserve to receive care that supports you in enjoying your embodiment and living a fulfilling and balanced life. There is no judgment for the way you come in, only a possibility that you can leave feeling better and more connected to your essence.

Each session is unique, as I listen to your needs from my heart, intuition and hands. Along with your willingness, we will co-create an experience with your highest intention in mind, so you can breathe out what no longer serves and breathe in well-being.
