Starting February 1st, Prism Health will be offering a set number of in-person visits each day based on clinical priority.
C O V I D-19 testing will remain available to our patients by appointment only.
Behavioral Health services at Prism Health will remain in a tele-health model until further notice.
All other C A P locations in Oregon and S W Washington will reopen on February 8th on a limited Tuesday/ Thursday schedule.
"Our Southwest Washington offices provides medical case management, wellness case management, service navigation, housing case management, employment services, benefits navigation, and peer support to those living with HIV. If you are interested in any of these services, you will need to complete an intake first."
