"Our Mental Health Team consists of therapists who work together with clients to build awareness in the areas that each client would like to focus, teaching and learning new skills and ways of managing symptoms. Case Managers who help clients to learn and access community resources, including assistance with accessing benefits, care-giving, budgeting, housing and transportation. Peer Support specialists provide opportunities to collaborate and share feelings and experiences with someone who has been there."
